需求描述

Design and implement a multi-threaded web server that serves static files based on a GetFile protocol. Alongside the server, you will also create a multi-threaded client that acts as a load generator for the server. Both the server and client will be written in C and be based on a sound, scalable design.
要求熟练掌握c语言的基础，并且可以提供教学帮助。
这其实是一个作业，而且东西特别简单。但是由于本人实在不会，因为基础太差，所以想找人辅导明白。
